运送和退货

Shipments are made to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, to any country in the European Community and America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. The shipment will preferably be made by the express courier companies MRW and CORREOS.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (out of stock), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery, you can tell us in the order comment and we will try to comply (to the extent possible with the route and schedule of the transport company) ).

Taxes, fees and tariffs.

Sale of products to the Peninsula:

The PVP of the articles with shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT.

 Sale of products to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and other countries:

       The PVP of items for non-EU countries does not include VAT. The price indicated in each article is the final price of the same for shipments to these CCAA.

       Stifeldshop will not be responsible for the DUA or import expenses and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs that are generated at the customs office of destination, if applicable.

 

Pricing policy.

Prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in setting the price that appears in the product file, the price established for said product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.

Returns.

At Stifelshop we want you to be satisfied with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

A. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay great attention to the fact that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. Before opening the product, check that the packaging matches the one requested: color, size, finish, etc. In case there is any anomaly, also make an immediate claim, before opening the seal or its packaging.

When the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and that you write down the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

The products must be returned in such a way that they are protected, including them inside a protective box or bag. Stifelshop makes a transport company available to the buyer for the removal of the merchandise, completely free of charge. If you wish to return the merchandise with a transport company other than the one proposed by Stifelshop, and the selected transport company offers higher rates, you will have to bear the difference in transport cost.

B. Withdrawal:

We don't want you to keep anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you can return the product.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. You must notify us, through the email info@stifelshop.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made (you can use the following withdrawal form model, if you wish).

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the packaging.

In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, Stifelshop reserves the right to pay a lower amount for the return, a circumstance that will be notified to you.

The refund of the amount of the purchase will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is Stifelshop who manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to compute from Stifelshop having effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the same.

The customer will bear the direct costs of the return (shipping costs to Figure Sakting SL by the buyer). The full refund of the price of the product will not be possible when the products have been personalized, customized or made to measure by the client.

C. If you have not received the order yet:

At the moment of placing the order, our team gets to work so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible. For this reason, before requesting a refund for an order, you should contact Figure Skating even if the material has not yet been shipped, because you may have certain expenses, especially if the order includes assembly or handling. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging of the product (the use of seals and adhesive tapes on it is prohibited) and including all the accessories that accompany the original shipment.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is not presented in perfect condition.

All returns must be authorized by Figure Skating. For this, the client must request authorization for the return from info@stifeldshop.com, indicating the reason for the return and the invoice number.

Guarantee

Term and brief description: Buying on this website you have a 2-year guarantee on all items. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defect that may arise over time.
