The Riedell Bruin is an excellent hockey skate choice for recreational skaters looking for quality skates to have fun without spending a fortune.

Classic design meets modern performance in the Riedell Bruin recreational hockey skates. The durable polyester mesh upper, designed with a timeless hockey look, is reinforced with high-density foam and brushed nylon liners that will keep you feeling as good as you look, whether you're out for a casual date or playing a pickup game on the pond with friends. To give the Bruin the long-lasting performance you need, the tongues incorporate a supportive EVA foam pad that protects against lace bite, and each pair is equipped with reinforced nylon soles, blade holders, and toe caps tested to withstand high-impact impacts should you find yourself in the path of a backhanded shot. With comfort where you want it and durability where you need it, the Bruin invites you back onto the ice again and again.
